Fire protection in cultural buildings – Teatro Regio

teatro regio
The Teatro Regio was inaugurated on 16 October 1930. On 14 July 2003, an agreement was reached with the owners to purchase the Teatro Regio for €1.8 million, and a renovation project was launched by architect Mariano Cuevas Calatayud, resulting in the building as we know it today. This type of building must have excellent fire prevention measures in place, as early detection of fire is essential to prevent disasters. To maintain this equipment, we have a specialised department for Technical Assistance Service (SAT) maintenance and repairs with our own staff, in compliance with Law 1492/1993 of 5 December.
